Hi Anne, in the 1901 Census my grandfather,Thomas Waters/Watters, 30 years Old,was living in Albert St, Govan. He had a lodger, Patrick Watters also 30. I presume they were cousins but the census only gave their place of birth as Ireland so I still dont know where Thomas came from. Have you any info...
