Hi All
I have been following this thread with interest and thought you might like to know what has happened to one of the links on TS.
Lothian Family History website has been hit by hackers, anyone who tried to get onto it yesterday will have noticed a really "weird" front page, looked very gothic! The site has been closed down until they can fix it.
I pm'd Lesley just to let the admin group know what can happen, those "weird" links we have been experiencing are only the tip of the iceberg!
I to reiterate what can these mindless morons hope to achieve?
I went no further than the front page realising at once that something was dreadfully wrong. LFHS are going to NRH on Wednesday, guess what the topic of conversation will be? If anyone needs anything looked at let me know and I will see if I can fit it in, we only have 3hrs as its in the evening.

The Lothians FHS site has been yet? :shock: Only a few months ago it was the Lanarkshire site was it not?

This is just sick. I don't understand why people would attack sites such as this.
