hi I have the above prog my son would like an ancestor tree but only on his main line how do I go about doing this task any help welcome

Hi Derek
I've only got FTM 2005 but I guess it's much the same. Choose your son in the family view, then go to the tree charts button & choose standard pedigree. That should give you your son's tree going back through the main line on both sides. You can choose how many generations to show & what information to give about each individual.
