Help opening images in the gallery

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong? I've been unable to open images this past couple of days. When I click on the link a new page opens with the normal little "file" icon, and when I click on that to open the image, I get a blank page.

I expect I might have changed a setting somewhere when I installed new security software last week...it kept asking me to allow or deny applications...unfortunately, I'm not sure what I allowed and didn't allow.

Any ideas, please?

Hi Anne,

Is this all Gallery images? Or is it specific types - such as, can you see JPG's (normally from the OPRs), but you cannot see TIF's (normally from the statutory bmd registers)?

Hi Andrew,

Looks like it's only the TIF images (BMD's) in the gallery...I can open the JPG's.

I don't know if it means anything, but I have no problem opening TIF's in my viewed images on SP, or the TIF's or JPG's saved to my hard drive.
