Hi mylife
OPR Births & marriages can be found on Scotlands People, as you probably already know.
You can also order microfilms of the OPRs from any LDS centre (which may be your cheapest option), and these may include deaths which are not yet there on SP, or you can view the microfilms at NRH or the Scottish Genealogy Society and probably a few libraries as well, including Dundee Central Library

Another idea might be to have a look at Tayvalley FHS web site, or visit or join them.

The Scottish Genealogy Soc also have MIs for Angus, which includes Dundee.

There are burial records online for the Howff.

Extract from the Old Parish Register for the
DUNDEE (ST. PETER PARISH), SCOTLAND - BURIALS 1837 - 1856

And a page of mixed links here:

Which parish in Dundee was it in particular?
I think it is more likely that you may find items published on the web or in book form rather than a CD with everything from the one area on it, (though that would be great!) though there may be some CDs published for specific areas.
Best wishes
Lesley
