Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me how to view a tif image, I am not to clued up on the computer, the tif image in question is an attachment on an email,i have tried to download the attachment and tried to save it, but it seems to go on for ever, i end up cancelling it, the email is from a reliable source. any help would be great. regards Flora

Hi Flora,

Could you ask the sender to "zip" the file and send that? Also, if you are on Broadband the file really should not take that long, but will do if you are on dial-up.

Hello Flora,

I have also had problems with .tif images and e-mails. Sometimes the .tif extension to the file name gets left behind when it is attached to the e-mail.
When you detach the file from the e-mail, try renaming the file, adding the .tif at the end of the new file name.
