Help!!

Post by Ina » Mon Apr 25, 2005 3:20 am

Can anyone help me? We just got a new computer, and since setting it up I can't get into scotlandspeople. It won't let me log in and do searches. When I try to log in I get a pop up saying:

"Cookies cannot be found, or are not enabled in this browser. You must log in, with cookies enabled, to use these searches. Please adjust your privacy/cookie settings and log in again".

I've gone into my privacy settings and allowed cookies on both TS and SP. I have no trouble with TS, so I can't understand why I can't get into SP. What am I doing (or not doing) wrong?

Will appreciate any help.

Regards,
Ina

Ina I'm not sure but SP may not be recognizing it is you because you now have a new IPS with your new comp.I'm sure someone will know how to sort that.
Best Luck

Thanks for the help, turns out it was McAfee security that was the problem. I'm now able to access SP again.
