Bleakley Family in Belfast .....

Post by jontodd » Wed Jan 11, 2006 5:27 pm

Trying to trace any Bleakley from the Shankhill area of Belfast in the 1870's. My g/g grandfather John Bleakleywas married to Mary Jane Laverty in May St Church on the 12th July 1872. the marriage cert said his father was John Bleakley (Farmer).
I'm trying to trace this family. ANY help or info where to look would be gratefully recieved,

John

Not sure if it will link in with your Bleakley somewhere, but Griffiths Valuation of Ireland has an entry for an Alexander Bleakley, Valentine Street, Dock Townparks [sic], of Shankill Parish.
