9 Counties Search Site .....

I thought I would post this site that I managed to find where my Irish ancesters. It will not give you all the infomation you want but will point to to the county and where to get the information you need. I cannot find all I am looking for but it may help others as there are not a lot of help for Ireland since a lot of the papers were distroyed. You can also search by county hope it is of some help.

Thank you so much for this Hudggy - I have had a good look at this site and the counties I am looking for are not listed - but it seems to be an ongoing project and they will be listing more in the future. Definitely worth keeping an eye on.

Huddgy - thank you for this link - I've actually found the marriage of my GGgrandparents in Co Leitrim on it. From believing I'd never find out anything about them in the middle of the week, with Andrew P's help on another board and yours on this one, I almost feel they're family :D
