Hi Marilyn,

No Problem, I'll get my husband onto it. He works in Manhattan and should be able to point us in the right direction.

Thanks Christine,

I'll send a note shortly, right now I need to get moving and put some dinner in the oven, before we have a possible power failure. Are you being hit with this storm?

Hi everyone

I love it!!! The more the merrier :D ! I'm particularly thankful (don't get me wrong now Marilyn  ) we have some experienced NYC regulars to tell us which is the best way to go  !

Is the storm bad down your way yet? It's only raining here but trying to turn to snow. We just had 10 inches fall on Thursday. I'm entering severe Spring withdrawal symptoms

Best wishes
Jean

Hi Jean,

You're not the only one, who's grateful for some experience members joining us. I was getting visions of the Beverly Hillbillies meet New York!

Marilyn

P.S. Its just raining here now, but high winds predicted for later today. Oh, Jean even I feel sorry for you and I Love Snow!

Hi All,
Don't know if it's the same weather pattern, but we had quite a bit of snow the other day (after temps in the 70's a few weeks before that!). It was cold and windy for several days, but now is blue sky, sun, almost no wind and supposed to go up to 60 today :D So there is hope for you. Past experience tells me that the weather we get here in MN takes about 2 or 3 days to hit the east coast. My sister in PA is hiding in her house and says it is pouring already.
Regards,
Sarah

Trip to NY

Post by BobG » Sun May 06, 2007 9:16 pm

Where is my invitation? I'm almost back.... I'm being sent home the 14th of May. Not too bad a recovery for for someone on life support the begining of February.
Will catch you all later.
