My new Ancestry newsletter says they have just released some Irish Canadian records from a government employee named James Allison. They cover emigration from Ireland to Canada for 1823-1849.

Any new Irish records are good news!

1916 Canadian census for Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta

This is also a new release from Ancestry. The records come from a special census taken in these provinces in 1916.
