Hi Folks,
A request for help

I would like to contact a cousin by phone if it is possible. Having served in the British Army for the last 42 years I have not had contact with him since I was a young lad. The last contact he had with the family was some 15 years ago when he wrote asking my sister to do some family research for him. My sister has now handed over that responsibility to me on this side of the pond and I would like to pool our knowledge. The Address is:
Since this post has been answered the name and address has been removed by Ina (AG member) on September 22, 2005.
Can anybody over there help with a phone number

Have you tried any international directory enquiries web sites ?
This web page give a list of links to various ones around the globe.

The 2nd bottom USA one is Whitepages I believe that's one of the main ones.
I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for that, 2 possibilities, but none with the address I gave, perhaps I will try a shot in the dark unless someone else comes up with a direct hit.

I was able to find two listings in Newberry but both were at the same address with different phone numbers.. one a business or maybe two different people living in the same house??
At any rate, my phone plan allows calls anywhere in the USA for only five cents a minute. I am willing to make the calls to see if one might be your cousin or if someone there might know of him. However I would need a little background - enuf for that person to know if you are related - his parents’ names and your parent's names would do it.
If you are interested please send a message to me directly at
catherinemmurray@comcast.net.
It will get to me faster that way as I usually only have time to check this site once a day.
Good luck
Catherine

Great news, Ron!! It is interesting to track those who have passed but a treat to connect or reconnect with living family. I share your joy.
