Marriage New York 1900 .....

I'm wondering where to start looking online to see if there is a record of a marriage between William Byars Gibson to Margaret Crichton on Nov. 14, 1900 in Manhattan.

The only New York City marriage indexes I know of go up to 1899 :( But you might try searching through the New York City GenWeb to see if there is any information.

now for the italian site the marriage look ups for Manhattan New York County are not completed but since you have names and dates you can use the other site and order the marriage certificate online takes about 4 -6 weeks

Sorry for the omission of the couple's birthplaces. William was born in Angus, Scotland and Margaret was born in the Netherlands. I've yet to find when they went to New York.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

William Byars Gibson was born to James Carnegie Gibson & Mary Byars on October 25, 1845.

I can find no dob for Margaret Crichton however.
