Ok...figured it's about time to put something into motion. A new thread for anyone wanting to have a powwow on this side of the pond. First proposed gathering to be this spring (2007) and somewhere in Boston (Bawstin to the natives

). Soooooooo....to steal those ageless lyrics from Mr. Loggins......Please come to Boston for the Springtime.....

Hi all,
Sorry, but it looks like our trip to New England will be put off until NEXT spring

We've been held up by various unbelievably (or all-too believable?) annoying and time-consuming bureaucratic hassles that have to be resolved before we leave MN for ID. So... next year, around the same time?

Oh well.....til next year then! Marilyn and I might have to have a party without you though. 12 months is a long time to wait and you know how we like our parties

How about any of our new members in the Northeast or near Northeast? Any takers for a meetup in Boston this Spring (if the Spring weather ever arrives that is

Hi Tracey,

Boston is an hour North of New York by train, any way you could squeeze in a visit? Oh here's an idea, take an extra day off and depart from Logan Airport in Boston? I'm three hours North of New York, but Jean's about six hours away.

I will be working so it would be difficult to abscond and go that far unfortunately !. I would love to have the time to travel out to you but time is going to be tight and my hours will be 11am ish till 8pm with the possibility of getting away for a short while during the day.
