Well you see like most other 'game' they require to be 'hung' in order to bring out the flavour correctly.
With Burns Night being about 5-6 weeks away and the Haggis requiring 4 weeks minimum to mature properly, most Haggis Hunters will be donning deer-stalkers (should that be haggis-stalkers) et al and venturing out to see what this years harvest is like.
What with all this global warming going on the future of the Haggis Hunt may be in jeopardy
