Photoo wanted (St. George's Road@N.Woodside)

For a friend in need of cheering up. She lived at 434 St. George's Road at the junction with North Woodside Road in the 1940's and fifties. It was a corner building with a pub called O'donnells on street level. (now demolished and replaced with car showroom etc)
She would dearly love a copy of a photo of that part of St. George's Road.

Yes I did try the virtual Mitchell but, although they have a couple of photos of St. Georges Road and North Woodside Road, unfortunately it's not the street corner we are looking for.

Maybe this is one you have and I can't see the pub but it's description is Woodlands Road at the junction of St George's Road.

Hopefully it will bring back happy memories for your friend anyway.

Nice picture Annette. Its North Woodside Road/St. George's Road I'm looking for though. Woodlands Road is about half a mile away at a different junction but I'll show my friend the picture anyway.
