Selling pieces of Scotland

HI there,
I was wondering if anyone had seen Dick Eastmans's newsletter dated 28 May 2007?

Buying a 1 foot sq plot of land on an island with no fresh water, no regular boat service and no place to land an aircraft save a helicopter perhaps just to have a piece of paper that says you own a part of Scotland ( turns out the paper has no true value) seems a wee bit overboard .
I guess Mr. Barnum was right after all.

Hi Heather: At that rate, I want Mr. Haigh to sell my place, I'd even throw in the house at no charge!

A town lot of 7800 square feet at £17 per square based on today's exchange rate gives me: £132,600 / A$320,307 / C$281,623 / N$360,451 / U$262,732

I guess it's a good gift for those who have everything
