Does anyone know the best way to search for a major accident in the Dalkieth are for the early 60s? I have looked at the Scotsman but it only goes up to 1950. I do not have an exact date. It seems that my grandfather was involved in an accident with an oil tanker.

Hi Andy:
The local newspaper held by the public library, or would the University library have them on microfilm, or at least an access to online indexes?
or the local studies site
