Anyone at all have any info on Farms called North Bog and Berwick A Walker family lived/ leased them in the 1800's and early 1900's .
On maps and in census they are shown as neighboring farms .

Hi
Whereabouts?

ie. there is a big difference between Berwick and North Berwick, if one of those is the area you are asking about.
I'm a Cousin - are you? http://www/LostCousins.com

As I recall from a previous post the farms being looked for were near Fintray in Aberdeenshire where they certainly specialise in places called Bog.

I think valuation rolls would be the best place. Thinking about it, they will tell you what sort of buildings they were - farm, house, etc.

It does depend on what sort of information you are looking for. If you're wanting information on how the farms were run, then I wouldn't hold my breath. But valuation rolls will tell you the names of the owners and head tenants. See my post in the other thread.
