There was a famous pub in Partick called Reids of Pertick, if this is the same person the Reid family were heavily involved in Partick Thistle FootbalL Club until the early 1980s

It looks to be the same person, i have a conatct who would be more than willing to give information regarding the Reid's association with Partick Thistle through the 1900s.
I have Reids in my line but unfortunately they all come from Campbeltown and then Johnstone to Glasgow , so looks like i have no connection to this lot
