Had a wee look at Neils Death Certifcate in 1896 and it states his father is Alexander McKelvie and his mother is Mary Miller.

So looks like the one on the 1851 Census is not him after all !!!

Still trying to chase down all the others, this is going to be my priority line for the next couple of months I think.
