A few suggestions that I hope will help next time:
Many of us find that using wildcards gives more accurate results than soundex. The following link will give you some hints for how to do this:vickory wrote: I always try the exact name first & then use soundex next if it has said no matches

This is something that can be fixed and shouldn't have happened. SP will refund your credits if you send a contact form and estimate the number of credits lost and explain what happened.
