Sorry, that's the only one I could find on SP, but of course I couldn't see if it was the right one or not. Just wondered if you had checked it yet. Back to the drawing board...

Kenny,

This might be a shot in the dark, but do you know where Benbecula, Inverness-shire is? There are two deaths for Ewen MacPherson for that location. One in 1901 for a 47 year old and one in 1943 for a 90 year old.

I searched M*cPherson, Ewen, from 1871 to 1943 on SP to get these results. No credits left to check them though!

yes benbecula is an island in the outer hebrides with alot of macphersons but very different to the skye macphersons
