The "not permissible" is for Amy's mother's maiden surname. As you should already have that from the 1932 death certificate, put that name in the search criteria for mother's maiden surname and it will show that name rather than "not permissible". The modern death certificates (less than 50 years back) won't give you the mother's maiden surname unless you have used it as part of the search criteria. If you haven't used the name in the search criteria, then you get the "not permissible" answer.
Another option you have is to search for surname Fairweather and mother's maiden surname (the name you have on the 1932 certificate for that). Then you will get a list of people that meet these criteria. You can choose to narrow it down by years if you want to exclude ones that are definitely not going to be yours. Then if the quantity of results won't bankrupt you, you can look at the death certificates (if they are more than 50 years ago) or search for the birth certificates if the names (including middle names where possible) are not too common to find them for sure. This will of course only work for the years where the mother's maiden surname has been indexed.
All the best,
