Samuel Kelly and Jane Henderson were married in Dumbarton in 1873, Janet was born in Glasgow in 1874

Samuel parents were Edward and Mary Garven they had tons of children with middle names.

Hello Mattocks

Your John B. Mattocks along with wife Isabell S. and son Frederick S. are living in the unincorporated town of Natrona Heights, Harrison township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania on the 1930 US Census enumerated 19 April that year. John is age 39, Isabell age 34, Frederick age 8 all born Scotland. John and Isabell married at ages 26 and 22 respectively. John is a machinist.

I still find no sign of the John D. Stewart family that appeared on the 1920 Census. It was a rather large family consisting of

Maud L. wife age 39
Eva dau age 20
Hilda L. dau age 18
Thomas son age 9
John son age 6
Walter B. son age 4
Sarah F. dau age 2
Lillian M. dau age 7mos.

I'm at a loss to explain their whereabouts!!!....and there is no proof they are the correct family anyhow

There is a Maud Stewart of the right age in a Church Hospital for the aged in Mount Lebanon, Allegheny, PA in 1930

Not sure if you've seen the immigration records......

When Isobel arrived with Frederick in 1923 she stated on her immigration papers in Boston that her closest living relative in Scotland was an aunt, Mrs. Martha Hill residing Strathmore, Blair Hill, Coatbridge. Isobel is described as 5'2" tall, pink complexion, black hair, and blue eyes and also states she was born in Coatbridge as was Frederick. Her husband's address is named as her final destination......John B. Mattock at 718 W. Pem St, Butler, PA.

Looking at a current map I don't see a W. Pem St. today...but there is a W. Penn St. Perhaps this was a typo??
