great news! its the morton one is her, i managed to squeeze another £7 from my dad and it is her. she married in 1877 to thomas morton in huchesontwon and she died in 1901 in rutherglen i got a death for a john allison in 1907 and he was a seaman in the merchant navy i think it says and he was married to sophie/a gertrude d.....? and his parents are william allison and janet docherty he died in denniston do you think that is him and if so can u help me find his marriage cert i cant find it

i have managed to find a john allison married in 1905 to sophia gertrude dibnah and i found the same john in 1907 for a death cert but on both certs his mother is down as janet docherty. every thing seema to add up like his fathers name william allison his proffession is railway enginer which i have down on all the rest of the certs for william and john age is right on the marriage cert and death cert but the mums name is down as janet can someone please help me so i can be sure it is him ???
