I have seen the document they are using for the 1903 date of death but, unfortunately, it makes no sense.It records Janet Sneddon, widow first of JAMES Brown (wrong first name), colliery manager, second of James SNEDDON, coal miner. Father William Wilson, mother Janet Mitchell.
All of this info is incorrect. It should have recorded her maiden surname as Sneddon and recorded her, at least, as widow of ALEXANDER Brown. Thanks for checking around though!
