Greetings Phill.

I spotted your post because Marshal & Morgan are names of interest to me. But I doubt that there is any connection.

From Joyce's profile I see she last visited the site in May 2007, so perhaps it would be also advisable to send a PM [private message] There should be a PM icon on the right with her details. Click on it and the process is similar to forum posting. The message transfers to the SENT box once it has been viewed at the other end.

As long as the email address she registered with is still current, she will be advised that you are trying to make a PM contact. In some cases posters have not requested that option with their individual forum posts.

If you don't get a reply, a care full read through all 127 of her posts my give a clue for another way to make contact through a third party.

All the best.

Alan SHARP.

I think I am now fairly certain that James Lyle and Winifred Mackie had no children. They were both born, lived and died in Leith. I have searched the births registers for all Lyles born in Leith between 1949 and 1956 (which I think is really pushing it) and only found one, which I have now eliminated.
