If looking on Scotland People, its best to use wildcards to cover all the spelling variations. I used M*CL*CHL*N, which I reckoned would cover most variatons including Mc/Mac.

If you mean the message here on the forum - they won't be going anywhere... they will stay here for a good long while, at least a year I think, maybe longer.
If you wanted to keep them on your own PC, you could copy and paste the text into a word processing program. An alternative might just be to print out the page(s)
