Hi Everyone,
We had one excited lady on the telephone today. Quite a surprise for her, she is 86 years old. My husband, son and I talked to her and she kept saying "This is costing you money". Just like a "Scot. She was so shocked by the call, we finally had to let her grasp it all and then she wanted to know everything. We know she would be busy calling her daughter and friends about the call, but told her we would be calling often to say "Hello". It really made the day for us also. Thanks to all for the help.
