Well we know why she stayed -with a sense of humour like that he's still making her laugh probably. Omnibus pilot  Why not :?: :!:

Hi all,
She actually did divorce me, but still plagues me wey insults at every opportunity.
And we have season tickets right next to each other at the fitba.
My Daughter thought my first name was That B*****d, until she was a teenager.
As for the naming of First Born, it wisnae bad ataw,
He was supposed to be called William Bell,
Instead he is Adam Robert James.
Will I tell you the names of the three chinas that accompanied me on the day?

Davie

Davie, Davie, Davie I'm sorry to hear that. I must say I prefer your choice but I can sympathise with your wife as something along those lines happened at the naming of our youngest (although up to now I didn't think alcohol was involved !). I am also wondering if that was how I came to be named after my Dad's pal - and I'm a woman :!:

Nae bother. Offence not taken at all. :? Quite familiar with the song too. A Dubliners favourite if I am not mistaken. You're taking me back to the days of my youth now.

I have the same kind of situation in my family with the naming of my father (see the post in Statutory section called "ooh eerrr"). I am waiting on finding out of any official name changing went on! The weird thing with it is that if my Dad's name was officially changed by his mother, we might actually have different surname! But that's okay, as my dad actually uses that name in his buasiness dealings, and has always named himself using his grandfather's names as his middle names in honour of his Granda, so I don't think he would mind too much!
