Hi Lesley, when I try to upload file under browse, that part works, BUT, it does not have a "continue" button at the bottom of the file, rather an "upload file" button, which when clicked on shows the file but still has no "continue" button, so I seem to not have loaded anything. Help. I never get the message uploads were successful.
Family names Gardner, McInnes, Bowes, Dick, McNicol, Urquhart, Waddell, Baird, Lindsay,

Hi Izzie
OK, just gone through the steps as per instructions & all worked smoothly as described there.
You need to click "browse" to go and find the file, then after you have sucessfully completed that step, and you can see the path to the file name in that box, you need to scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see a continue button.
Have another go, following the instructions carefully & it should work. Ifnot, you know where to shout!!
Best wishes

Guid pic Andrew.
But it wisnae whit ah wis Expectin'
Izzy,
I am very interested in all aspect of the Covenanters.
There are a few mentions in books of the Congregation in Lanark, Canada.
Guelph Uni. has one.
I don't have any.
I enjoyed yer reply regarding your Walter and the Waddells.
A wee insight tae whit life wiz like furr the the Scots in Canada at the time
How good tae huv them in your family papers.
I knew the Congregation in Lanark split in the 1830s, like a lot of the Covenanting churches in the Colonies at that time.
Again, if memory serves, there were only a dozen left from the original congregation in 1838.
