Fife KID/Ds
Hi All,
Yes, I had seen James KED in the indexes.
Checked the OPRs on scotlandspeople for James KED born 1674 Monimail, son of David KED and Susana ALLAN and this confirms he was a sibling of Margaret KEDD born 1671 Monimail, David KID born 1682 Kilconquhar, Alexander KID born 1684 Kilconquhar and our Andrew KID born 1686 Kilconquhar. The 1666 Monimail marriage is only one for a David KID and Susanna ALLAN in that time frame in Scotland.
Now to find their descendants!

Hello Marg
And fellow sandgroper
I recently purchased the BVRI and the 1881 British census from the LDS. Very prompt service and also very reasonable cost for the two.
Both have already come in very handy in searching for my lang deid yins.
It is nice and helpful to have the information/databses handy. In fact I used the BVRI not more than ten minutes ago.
I must have a look at WAGS sometime.
