Im disappointed as I received an email from SP to say I would hear from them early in the new year as a cert I paid 6 credits to view was of poor quality, this was well before Xmas .I made allowances for the hols but Im still waiting. Hurry Up SP please :?

Why don't you contact SP and ask? Having said that, I expect they are up to their eyes in queries just at the moment....

I recall recently reading somewhere that they had a backlog of emails to answer (it is probably somewhere on the SP site). Fairly normal for this time of year. But another email isn't a bad idea.

Also remember that SP just released another year of BMDs on Jan 1, so they may be working out the bugs on that release to get if off the ground.

I'm with the others and think a reminder wouldn't hurt.

In the meantime, why don't you post it to the gallery and some eagle eye may be able to decipher it for you.
