Paisley recently lost an outstanding member of its community.

Nancy Seaton is a long standing member here on TalkingScot and I wish to extend her our deepest Sympathy over the loss of her beloved husband, Bruce Seaton of 50 years.

Nancy please except my deeptest sympathy. Your husband Bruce was a well respected member of the community of Paisley. I will never forget his kindness and offer to drive you to McDowall Street in Johnstone to take a few pictures for me.

I love Glennifer Braes & have walked over them many a time too.

Thanks for posting this thread marilyn,yes dad was very special,and a very kind and caring man.
always willing to help and ready to lend a hand,as is my mum also of course!

Thanks to all for such kind words.
Everyone has been so thoughtful and caring towards my family and myself,and it has given us great strength in helping us through this!Especially grandkids who are helping me make it through the night!!
