Trying to get a correct date for JOHN BAIRD B1806-1816 MARRIED AGNES MILLER B1811-1816 have various paperwork with different dates.Not of course the actual Birth Certificate. Have father WILLIAM B1786 married to MARY HAMILTON B1785 thats as far as I go.
Also would like to know parents of AGNES MILLER So if anyone can help I would be estatic

Hi Pearlite
If either of both of them survived until after 1855, looking for their deaths on Scotlands People would likely confirm the parents' names, provided the death informant knew them. Agnes would be the best one to start with as you can use both surnames to look for her.

If you can find them on any census (1851 or after, the 1841 does not give places of birth), that should give some idea of the place of birth for them both, which should help you in your search.

Later census records show Agnes was born at Kirkintilloch, Dunbarton around 1806/8. She died in 1868 so a look at her death entry, like Lesley said, should hopefully show her parents names.

Thanks to Lesley and Annette for their tips on Agnes Baird.Have C1841 and C1851 could not find further will try again with Kirkintilloch as birth place all suggestions aid to searching
