Please can you help me ,I spent a lot on S.P last year and unfortunately lost my password when I contacted them and was given new password I now find I am being classed as a new customer and I am unable to view all the imaghes I had originally paid for, I s there anything I can do. thank you

Hi iluvu2,
I would have thought your new password would have linked up to your original username, but if it isn't linking, then send SP another contact form letting them know there is a problem accessing your paid images, etc. Give them all of your information, username, etc., including your snailmail address. I'm sure they will sort it out for you.
