SP Slow?

Anybody having trouble on SP tonight? can't view search results :(

Hi Smid,

Haven't been on it much today but just tried and it's OK for me. Maybe too many people on at the same time or they might just have been doing some work on it when you tried. :)

I can't view anything either, it keeps going to a 'site unavailable' message.

Was on a roll too!! :D

There's a message up on SP now about these issues. I've been on SP at times today and it seemed to be working fine but was a little slow at other times.




Site Performance Issues

"Some customers are experiencing a poor experience with search result returns and image downloads not appearing as quickly as normal. We are working hard to rectify this situation and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. This message will be updated as soon any progress is made.

Please remember however that any image or search result paid which does not at the time display will still be in your account and will be available to view from there once the issue is resolved therefore there will be no loss of credits. Please do not delete the record however as deleted records are irretrievable - leave those affected in your account in order that you can re visit at a later date.

We do appreciate your patience at this time."
