McKENZIE FAMILY OF GAIRLOCH

Hi All

My McKenzie ancestors come from the Gairloch area of Western Scotland. My G x3 Grandparents Murdoch McKenzie and Catherine McDonald were married about 1803 at Diabaig. My great x 2 granfather Duncan was born in Port Henderson on 28 Feb 1807 marrying Ann McPherson in 1832. They had 7 children including my great grandmother Isabella born in 1860 in Port Henderson. The family moved east to area around Fearn in early 1860s. Isabella married John Kennedy in Lower Kincraig in 1886.

I would like to make contact with anyone with possible McKenzie family connections.
