Rebeccah MACLEAN (daughter of Alexander MACLEAN & Rebecca FRASER) married 20th MAy 1826 Dyke Moray, Alexander FRASER (born 23 Oct 1801 Nairn). Rebeccah died 13th Sept 1875 Duffus Moray.

Two children to my knowledge - Ann born 17th April 1827 (married William TESTER) - Elizabeth (gggmother) born 1828 (married George GILBERT)

Looking for any one connected to parents or siblings of Rebeccah or Alexander FRASER, also descendants of Ann.

Perhaps you already have this information, from ScotlandsPeople.

Ann TESTER m.s. FRASER died in 1863 aged 36yrs. Looks like she may have died in childbirth as there is an Alexander TESTER died the same year, aged 0yrs.

It should be easy to find mariages for Ann's children. There are few hits for same name, same age. Once you have spouses names, should be possible to find them and their offspring in the various Census.

Many thanks for the info on Ann's death that is great, think you mean she died 1863.

Yes I have a son Alexander born that year. 20 April 1863. Didn't realize he had died young.

The other children of Ann and William are as follows.

Jane Eliza 1851
Alexander and Elizabeth 1856
This Alexander appears to have died young.
Ann 1858
Maybe this Ann also died young
Isabella 1859
Ann 1861
Alexander 1863

All the children were born in Elgin Moray. If any one has further information and their families - would love to hear from you.
