Seeking information on James Robertson. Have no data on him other than his marriage on 4 January 1807 In Kinnoull, Perth, Scotland. He married Maidline Walker born 29 Mar 1783 in Rhynd, Perth, Sct. They resided on Bandirran Estate where James worked as a farm servant. Children David b 1808, John b. 1810, James b. 1812 and Margaret b. 1814 were all born Kinnoull. Children Henry b 1816, William b. 1818, David b.1821 and Adam Drummond b 1823 were all born Collace, Perth. Madiline, (Magdaline or Magdalene) parents were Henry Walker and Margaret Bruce. As I am new to this forum I would appreciate any assistance.

Have you checked for the family on the census returns?
You can search for free at https://www.freecen.org.uk .

I can't see the parents in Perthshire in 1841 but you have the approx birth years for the family so perhaps you can track them down yourself.

There are are 28 Robertsons still in Collase in 1841 are any of them yours?
