Hullo Maddy

Have you looked at the Patrick MORAN death in Midlothian? I put in 1891-1954, birth 1863 +/- 2 years. There was only one match.

Hope it's yours.

Hello,

I've had problems in the past with the name Moran, it may be worth trying a search for Mora* as it is often recorded as Moram.
It might also be worth widening his age range a little.

And don't ignore Irish spellings such as Padraig - you can cover this situation in part at least by searching on Pa*r*

Have you tried him as Peter instead of Patrick. The names are often used interchangeably for the same person on different documents.

All the best,
