Finding Elizabeths mum??.....

Hi all,

Looking for some help trying to find Elizabeth Gray's mum

It could be either of these daughters:- or another I've not found yet
Jane Ross born 1861
Margaret Ross born 1856
Isabella Ross born 1850 still single in 1891
Ann Jane born 1854

She is living with her Grandparents in the 1881 census aged 3

Alexander Ross - Head - 55 - St Andrews, Elgin, Scotland
Elizabeth Ross - Wife - 55 - St Andrews, Elgin, Scotland
Elizabeth Ross - Daughter - 15 - Rothes, Elgin, Scotland
Mary Ross - Daughter - 12 - Rothes, Elgin, Scotland
and
Elizabeth Gray - GrandChild - 3 - Elgin, Elgin, Scotland

I've done a search for her from 1877 to 1879 in Moray but only get 2 hits but neither are.
She is still with granny and grandpa in the 1891 census aged 13??

Any help would be great.

Try the Moray site (see your other query), and the death in 1929 looks promising.............

Her birth was in 1877 as Elizabeth Ross.
