James Campbell Overend.....

Hi all,
In trouble again! I have tried the 1901 census for the family of James Overend born abt. 1864 and his wife, Elizabeth born abt. 1867. They had a son James born 1894. On SP I can see a James of the correct age in Edinburgh but have not viewed the document because I can find neither James Jnr or Elizabeth there. Also the family did not appear to move from Glasgow as James Snr was married and died there. All the James drive me insane (includung my husband and son and their name confusion).
Can anyone help me?

I think you are going to have to bite the bullet & view the entry.He maybe visiting with other family & it may be the best five credits you ever spent.I was able to track down a hitherto unknown branch of the family simply because one of the children was visiting her Uncle that night.
Sometimes it is the accidental good luck that gives us our best leads.
It may not be your James but it may be your family-worth a look.
