Badenoch of Portsoy family history.....

Hi everyone.

Hoping that someone out there is researching or has in their tree Badenochs from Portsoy, Gamrie.

I have an Isabella b June 1885, died 1931 in Aberdeen, married to Alexander Finnie Cardno 1874-1942. They had twin daughters, it appears that Isabella died when the girls were about 10.

I believe Isabella's father was James Badenoch, mother unknown from Portsoy.

Can anyone help me.

It's a straightforward search on Scotlands People for the birth of Isabella or the marriage of Isabella and Alexander and either certificate will give you her mother's maiden name.

This was her family on the 1881 census before her birth in 1885....
