Hi. Trying to track down a missing rellie, last trace was abaondoning her family and running off with the Players. She performed under the name of Angela Meers. This was in 1932 and places I do know they performed at were Balfron, Newmains and Netherburn.
Does anyone know how I can find out more about the theatre company?

"Anglo Scottish" most normally means an organisation in England with strong Scottish links so that my suggestion would be that you contact the Arts Council at http://www.artscouncil.org.uk/index.php to see if they can point you in the right direction, or, failing that, the Scottish Arts Council on http://www.scottisharts.org.uk/ . jspThere just has to be some federation of repertory theatres, but Google for once has failed me.
It might be worth contacting http://www.thestage.co.uk/ . jsp
In passing, it appears that the Scottish National Library has extensive holdings of theatre programmes.

Hi there
Glasgow University holds a Scottish Theatre Archive and it might be worth your while checking that out too. The site also has useful links to other theatre/film archive info.

I recall delving about in the sub-basement of the library when I worked there and they have quite a big collection of Scottish Theatre stuff - from memory I think they might have received Jimmy Logan's collection when he died.
