Helen Ramsasy - St Cuthberts Poor House Edinburgh.....

HI,
I have Helen Ramsay M.S. Brown's Death Registration from SP where it states that she died in St. Cuthbert's Poor House in Edinburgh on 15th May 1876. Her parents are only listed as "Brown". Would the Poor House records have more details of her parents and family? If possible could some kind person do a look up for me or give me an address to write to for more information?

Just a pity Helen was not from Glasgow... Their poorhouse records have survived.
The Edinburgh poorhouse records were deliberately destroyed years ago
