Hi can any one find or have any info on Jane Stevely was she born in Scotland? in 1741 at the old Bailey was burnt in the hand as Punishment for a crime?

Have you any particular reason to think that Jane STEVELY was born in Scotland? A look at the IGI shows only 29 STEVELYS for the whole of Scotland, with the first date of birth being 1854.
I've looked at the Old Bailey site a few times and shuddered at the punishments meeted out!
