John Henderson, Anderston, Glasgow.....

I have been searching all over the place to try to find my great-grandmother's brother John Henderson.

He was born 05 Feb 1868 at 39 Main St, Glasgow and I have him in census records up to 1891 where he's still at home in Anderston. After that, he seems to vanish off the face of the planet.

His father was Christopher Henderson and his mother Janet Fraser Aitken. John's occupation is given as brass finisher in the 1891 census but in 1901 he is no longer at home.

Family gossip suggests that one brother may have moved to Australia while there is also talk of a connection with the Enniskillen Fusiliers.

Any hints or tips or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Ooh, two Janet Aitken in the same tree....not good, thought I'd missed someone for a minute and was going to end up with even more Hendersons than I have already!
