Telfords running a Temperance Hotel in Edinburgh and Aberdee

Post by JosiahS » Mon Feb 05, 2007 8:36 am

I am researching Telfords from Ayton, Berwickshire, and a cousin of mine I have just been contacted by who is in her 80s says that members of her family used to visit relatives in Scotland. They ran temperance hotels in Aberdeen and Edinburgh about 1900 to 1930.

Does anyone have any information relating to them?

Many thanks

JoS

Hello JoS,

Perhaps if you post the names of your relatives, someone might be able to help you locate the family?
